International Feed Regulators’ Meeting 2018
The 11th Annual International Feed Regulators Meeting (IFRM) organized by IFIF in cooperation with the FAO was held on 29-30 January 2018 in Atlanta, USA.
IFIF in cooperation with FAO
The IFRM is organized by IFIF in cooperation with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) to bring together feed industry representatives and government officials from around the world in discussion of critical issues facing the feed sector.
One hundred and twenty participants from across the world and from key regulatory bodies discussed topics ranging from animal nutrition and feeding strategies to improve animal health, capacity development for feed safety, to implement the Codex Alimentarius requirements.
Delegates also participated in a workshop on Feed Safety Risk Assessment and discussed the International Cooperation for Convergence of Technical Requirements for the Assessment of Feed Ingredients (ICCF). The meeting was an important opportunity for the global feed industry and feed regulators to come together.

The meeting brought together over 120 participants from 27 countries.
